CPYSL will now require the opposing team to agree with game changes via this website. Once you submit this request, the opposing team must login to their team page to view the request and certifies that they agree / disagree with the changes.

The opposing team must agree 5 days before the game date. When BOTH teams agree, the request form is sent to the CPYSL office for review. We recommend that you contact the opposing team before and after submitting the request to avoid delay. CPYSL’s game change system will automatically reject any change requests that are late.

Only coaches, team managers of either team are authorized to request a forfeit. If you are a coach/assistant coach and your name is not on the list, please ask your club registrar to add you as the coach of your team. Your full name, email address, telephone, home address, your team and your role (Coach, Assistant Coach, Team manager) are required.
