CPYSL INSURANCE, TEAM & PLAYER FORMS AND FEES ARE DUE FOR "NEW" SPRING TEAMS (teams not previously registered for the 2023-2024 year).  Teams must be entered in the GotSport registration platform with photos uploaded for all coaches and players.  Proof of birth must be uploaded for all players.  A SPRING 2024 INITIAL TEAM AND PLAYER REGISTRATION AND FEES form and payment must be dropped-off at OR mailed-to the office.  This form will be available (as of Dec. 2023) in the "Download" section on the CPYSL website.  Initial paperwork for NEW teams will not be accepted via email.
