CPYSL INSURANCE, TEAM & PLAYER FORMS AND FEES ARE DUE FOR TEAMS "NOT" REGISTERED TO PLAY IN AN AUGUST TOURNAMENT - teams must be entered in the GotSport registration platform with photos uploaded for all coaches and players.  Proof of birth must be uploaded for all players.  A FALL 2024 INITIAL TEAM AND PLAYER REGISTRATION AND FEES form and payment must be dropped-off at OR mailed-to the office.  This form is available in the "Download" section on the CPYSL website.  Initial paperwork for teams will not be accepted via email.
