CPYSL FALL 2024 LEAGUE FEES FORM & PAYMENT DUE - league fees are due for every team that will be playing in CPYSL's fall 2024 season.  Print, complete, and submit a 2024 FALL CPYSL LEAGUE FEES form with your payment.  This form will be available (as of May 2024) in the 'Download' section on the CPYSL website.
