COMPLETE PAPERWORK, COMPLETED FALL 2018 INITIAL TEAM AND PLAYER REGISTRATION AND FEES FORM, AND ALL ASSOCIATED FEES ARE DUE FOR AUGUST TOURNAMENT TEAMS.
Teams must be entered in the GNS system with photos uploaded for all coaches and players.
CHECK THE AUDIT REPORT.
Proof of birth for those that "FAIL" the audit report must be submitted to the CPYSL office.
Paperwork must be dropped-off at OR mailed-to the office. Initial paperwork for teams will not be accepted via email.
