COMPLETE PAPERWORK, TEAM & PLAYER FEES ARE DUE FOR NEW SPRING TEAMS - teams must be entered in the GNS system with photos uploaded for all coaches and players. CHECK THE AUDIT REPORT. Proof of birth for those that "FAIL" the audit report must be uploaded or submitted to the CPYSL office. Paperwork must be dropped-off at OR mailed-to the office. Initial paperwork for NEW teams will not be accepted via email.
